"Design for pets, not human egos."
Founder Nina Liu spent a decade caring for her Golden Retriever Lion and Labrador Kirin. She noticed most pet products were designed to please humans—like "human-approved" scents that made dogs sneeze, or stiff-bristle brushes triggering anxiety.
When Lion hid from bath time due to fragrance, Nina had an epiphany: Pets are the real users, yet their needs are often ignored. She began documenting her dogs' reactions:
· Sensory Truth: 90% of dogs prefer canine-validated light scents (e.g., Lion prefers fragrance-free products, Kirin responded to chamomile);
· Behavioral Diversity: Lion tolerated brushing with treats, while Kirin needed silicone finger brushes;
· Safety Obsession: Every product undergoes a 2-month trial by Nina and her dogs, including package chew tests.
Furry Haha was built on:
· Light-Scent Pledge: Only dog-approved fragrances via ethological testing;
· Adaptive Solutions: Like the "Brush Kit" for different tolerance levels;
· Extreme Testing: Raw materials batch-checked, and Nina's office remains a graveyard of rejected prototypes.
